Halloween 2019 From ‘Demon Drink’ to ‘Suffering Bastard,’ Here Are 5 Cocktails to Lift ‘Spirits’ At Your Party

Halloween is here. We have not recovered from Diwali hangover yet but there is something exciting about dressing up and looking spooky that makes up the charm of the festival which is slowly gaining its footing in India. Indians already have fifteen days called Pitru Paksha dedicated to paying respect to their ancestors every year. But there is no fun with dress up and candies. It is all about being sombre and following the traditions. The depiction of All Hollow’s Eve in pop culture is slowly converting Indians to celebrate the last day of October to let their kooky side run amok.

The kids are not going to trick or treat just yet, but adults are definitely getting into party mode. And what is a party without the inclusion of some booze? Every ‘good-spirited’ party will have your usual suspects like red / white wines, good whiskey, desi favorite Old Monk and coke. Peppier parties will let you loose with some Tequilla shots, pitchers of margaritas or the cliched gell-o shots. But what if you decided to add the ghoulish, spooky flavor to the drinks at your party? Something that will fit perfectly with the nights dedicated to the ghostly, bloody, muddy fun? Here are five easy cocktails that will blend in with your themed Halloween party.
